Meeting of the two Kages, the mist village treaty.

Ryoushi walked with Nero to Ichiraku Ramen and stepped inside. He then ordered a large bowl of Miso-pork Ramen with an extra boiled egg and turned to the Mizukage. "Order whatever you want, its my treat. I always find that its easier to get to know someone over ramen and I would never sign a treaty with another village without getting to know that Kage of that village first. I'm sure you understand."

" Thank you Hokage-Sama" said Nero. He decided to order beef ramen. " where should i start?" thought Nero. "well for starters Hokage, my name is Nero Kaguya." He poured in the boiled water into his ramen. " Are you familiar with the story of the Seven Swordsman of the Hidden Mist? The story goes that a band of sword carrying ninja helped Kirigakure form an attack... an attack from the Kaguya clan. The kaguya clan needed to fight, and there was no war, so they attacked their own village." Nero said a little saddened. He started to eat a little ramen. " Kirigakure thought they killed all the Kaguya clan... but more people survived then they thought. Kimmimaro and some other Kaguya's escaped. Kimmimaro died shortly but the other Kaguya's started growing in numbers, of course in secrecy. Kirigakure eventually figured out after all these years... they exterminated my whole clan... except me. that day the attackers came, i unlocked my hidden power.... bone manipulation. i killed all the attackers but my family was dead. i was 5 at the time. i trained hard and strong afterwards, learning all the secrets of my clan. i trained 15 years,isolated, alone... of course i stopped once in a while and explored other villages, but i as mostly alone. i wanted to re-pay the village for the trouble my extinct clan had caused so i came to the village and asked for my services. akwardly enough, they pleaded for my help. back to the legend, it seems that the next mizukage had been corupt with power and disbanded thr SSOTHM so Zabuza Momochi decided to assinat him. That Mizukage destroyed the village with corruption. Everyone thouht Zabuza was bad when he was really good. well after all the corruption and power mislead, the village was falling apart. i came in and helped as well as i could. the economy, the academy, the armies. i did such a good job they crowned me Mizukage." Nero ate half his soup. " and here i am now, re-pairing the village and asking for an alliance." Nero finished his soup

"That is a tragic story. But I already knew all that. I don't need to know about your past, just about you and what future you see for your village." said Ryoushi as he took a bite of his ramen. "For now, let us discuss the treaty you want me to sign. What kind of help do you want from Konohagakure and what will we get in return? What kind of military help do you need and do you need help in your academy training? These things are important." He took another bite of ramen and waited for a response from Nero.

" Actually thats going to help explain my life story a little" said Nero smiling. " but enough reminencing, we need to discuss the treaty. To tell you thr truth we need your word that we will have your military aid in the event that a war is sparked. We need protection from other villages becuase Kirigakure is rebuliding. As for what you will get back, after Kirigakure is rebuilt and ready, we are ready to pay for your services and also to help Konoha in battle. I can tell there will be war soon. As for the academy, i do not wish for the old traditions to be taught again, so i wish for a couple of konoha teachers to come and educate our students." said Nero in a serious tone. he drank a little bit of Sake. " want some?" said Nero pouring Sake in a cup a handing it to the hokage.

"Thank you." said Ryoushi as he took the cup and drank from it. "I will take the treaty to the advisers and have them tell me what they think, but it sounds like a reasonable treaty. I'm sure that we will be able to do as you request. I just have one question. What makes you feel so strongly that war is coming? I know that the relations between the 5 great countries are becoming tense but they have always been like that to some degree and we haven't had a major Ninja war in almost 300 years. Why should one start soon?" He then took another bite of his ramen, finishing the noodles before drinking the broth and setting the empty bowl on the table."

" thats is the problem, the other villages have been at peace for a long time, growing strong in numbers. What if one of the villages decide they are way more powerful then the rest and attack? it could mean a greater war than the last ones. For the sake of Kirigakure, i wish to keep my guard up." said Nero. He took out the treaty and handed it too him. " thank you for your kindness, hokage-sama."

Ryoushi took the treaty and looked it over. "I don't think this will be difficult for the advisers to decide I should sign it. I wish I could sign it now, but as the Mizukage you know that we kages have to go through certain channels and a pile of political bullshit. I will escort you out of the village personally and then take this to the advisers."

Ryoushi stood and paid the bill for the ramen and held open the flap for the Mizukage to leave. He then escorted Nero to the village gates to see him off. "Goodbye, and I will send you a message by hawk when the high advisers have made up their minds."

" haha I understand " said Nero. He was escorted out of the village. When in the village out skirts he said, " you know... hopefully im worng about the wars happening" said Nero. he nodded when The hokage mentioned the messenger hawk. As he was about to leave he turned around and asked. " you know, I never really did catch your name. Mind if you tell me?"

"My name, is Hokage-sama." said Ryoushi as he waved to the Mizukage, "that is all you need to know."

" haha " laughed Nero as he left.

Ryoushi walked back up to his home and entered his office. He then began working on his paperwork again...He hated paperwork.
