Just a heads-up, I am the holder of Kyuubi, the character's name is Senshiro "Sen" Norimoto, and I'm the Otokage (Kage of the Sound Village). I see no reason why you can't have the Five-Tail, except I would honestly prefer it if you expanded a little on the why part. I'm not approving it yet, but I don't see any problem.
