Appearance: Pluto Rikudou stands at 6ft3, he is muscular built and has long white hair. He wears an headband and a pair of samurai gloves. His headband has the symbol of a dragon on it. He also has a tattoo of a dragon the covers his back. Instead of the traditional Shinigami Kimono. He has short sleeves, with a pair of elbow pads that are uniquely styled. His wears a captain garb like all the other captains. His captain's robe doesn't fit loosely like most captain garb. Instead it is more closely fit like Ichigo's bankai uniform, with no sleeves.
Personality: Pluto is a very laid back person. He is a very disciplined leader and expects the same of his subordinates. He knows when to be serious and when not to. Although confident in his skills, he is not cocky. He prefers to let his opponents praise his skills.
Speciality: Reiatsu, Zanjutsu, Hohou, Kidou and average Hakuda skills. (he is still working on his Hakuda skills.

Zanpakuto: Ryuujin Kyousei- The Splendid Dragon King
Type: Weather
In its sealed state Ryuujin resembles a regular katana. The blade is however broader than most katana, by at least 3 inches. The cross guard is a 8 pointed star. While the hilt is dark red with a few noticeable patterns on both sides. At the tip of the hilt, a ring is attached to it. Ryuujin Kyousei is very artistic in its appearance. The Scabbard for Ryuujin, is dark red with patterns running down it. The patterns include what looks like a dragon on both sides. With a few symbols carefully constructed on the scabbard. In it sealed state, the appearance of the blade makes it one of a kind.
Shikai form: The hilt of Ryuujin Kyousei will now have a ring with a chain extending from it. The cross guard will be the head of a golden dragon with its mouth opened. The blade will extend from the dragons mouth. And on both side of the blade, there will be a golden eastern dragon running along it. In contrast to most ice type blades being white, the blade will be black instead. The chain and the ring at the end, will be for the purpose of using a more unique melee attack. The chain will be able to extend at the users will, reaching up to 5 metres.
Shikai:
Tenka Hisaki (Ice flames)- At this point the wielder will release what looks like a huge stream of frozen flames. Upon contact the tenka hisaki will freeze the opponent. Rendering them unable to move. The victim(s) will be encased in ice. This will give the user the opportunity, to destroy his opponent. The freezing temperatures of the tenka hisaki are so intense. That it could peel the skin, from lesser opponents bodies.(for instance C-rank opponents) It is similar to a victim suffering from burns, caused by a fire. The longer the victim stays encased in the ice flames. The more severe the damage to the victim will be.
Electric Surge (Ikazuchi Kyuuzou) An electric cero like blast is released. On impact it sends a very high voltage of electricity through the victim. The stronger the user of the technique gets, the more powerful the voltage becomes. The thunder cannon could easily zap a weaker opponent and incapacitate that opponent (C-ranked opponents). While opponents on the same level or stronger will still feel the effects. The thunder cannon is not something that can be easily shrugged off.
Bankai: Ryuujin Kyouran- Dragon King’s Fury
At the point of releasing bankai, Pluto will gain a set of 4 wings. Two of the wings will be made of ice and the other two will instead have electricity surging around them. They would look more like a regular dragon’s wings. Which means one pair of ice wings and the other pair of lightning. Pluto will also gain two draconic tails. One made of ice and the other will have electricity surging around it. Pluto will also have a crown on his head. And his zanpakuto will now change into a spear instead. The spear will have blades at each end, in which Pluto will be able to split the spear in two. Or reform it again to make one.
Bankai abilities:
Sendo bai Sen (Death by a thousand) Utilising the ice nature of my Zanpakuto. Up to 1000 small ice blades are released and sent flying towards the opponent. These blades are controlled by the wielder and can be used for various things. The wielder can choose to attack in which the blades will use their superior numbers. To slice the victim numerous times, practically shredding the victim. The wielder can also use the blades to form a shield to protect himself. This is very useful against incoming attacks. It is also a flexible attack since the user can control it freely. Which means the user can attack from any angle, without restrictions. (Think Byakuya senbonzakura). Due to snow constantly falling, I am able to increase the number of blades. This is done by using the snow to create more blades, to aid me in battle. So it would be pointless, for my opponent(s) to even count the blades.
Electric illusion (Hekireki) The user will use his reiatsu to form what looks like a wave of water at incredible speed. However it is not a wave of water, since it is pure electricity. Once the electricity connects with the opponent, their whole body will go numb. And the end will result will be slow paralysis. The paralysis may not take effect immediately, but slowly the opponent (s) movements. Will eventually slow down, resulting in little mobility. It will take up to a minute before the opponent realize what is happening.
Character History: Pluto Rikudou grew up in one of the poorest and most dangerous districts in Rukongai. He lived a terrible life, one where he always had to be aware of his surroundings. It is said that he took on the name of his best friend that passed away due to an hollow attack. He was later discovered by a shinigami after showing that he has the potential. To be a great shinigami, he was then recruited by the shinigami. Reluctantly he went along with him and thus finding a new path. He moved up through the academy ranks, fairly quickly. He demonstrated his abilities in 3 major art of fighting. Those were, Hohou, Zanjutsu and kidou.
After his graduation, he was recruited into the 10th division where he quickly gained his shikai. He kept on moving up the ranks, at a rapid rate. As the years went by and the 3 worlds started colliding. Such as the human world, hueco mundo and soul society. Pluto found himself playing an active role. It didn’t take him long to master his shikai, while demonstrating that he had an incredible amount of reiatsu. As the war went on Pluto finally obtained his bankai. He soon replaced the previous 7 division captain who passed away. A couple of centuries went by and Pluto rose through the ranks with his unmatched abilities. He was then selected to be the next captain commander, in which he took over the 1st division. And from then on he continued trying to improve his skills. Trying his best to keep things stable throughout all the other dimensions.

Binding Spell 9: Kakushitsuijyaku - Invocation of the tracking birds
Engulfs the target in red light making them unable to move

This technique allows the user to contact with anyone and can be used to contact more than one person.
Binding Spell 61: Rukujyoukourou - Luminous Prison of 6 Bars
Kidou used to bind strong opponents much stronger than First Restraint Obstruction
Binding Spell 77: Tenteikuura - Heavenly Rickshaws of Silken Air
Transmits messages to anyone within Soul Society, works better is used in conjunction with Binding Spell #58.

A powerful attack that fires a bolt of lightning from the users extended forefinger.

A red ball of spiritual energy that shoots of the users hand.
Destructive Art 33: Soukatsui - Blue Fire, Crash Down!
A blue ball of spiritual energy that shoots out of the users hand. Its just like Destructive Art 31, except its more powerful.
Destructive Art 54: Waste Flame
A fire that is able to completely burn and incinerate a target with low reiatsu (spiritual energy).
I will most likely have another bankai form. But for now, this is all i can think of.
